I provide individual therapy for children, adolescents, and young adults who may be struggling with emotional, behavioral, or school-related challenges. With experience in therapeutic and boarding schools, I understand how mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD can affect both daily life and long-term growth. My approach combines warmth, structure, and evidence-based strategies to help young people feel supported, develop resilience, and move toward meaningful change.
For children, therapy often focuses on understanding and improving behavior, building emotional regulation skills, and addressing school related struggles that may be impacting learning and confidence. Sessions give children tools to express themselves in healthier ways, while parents are guided on how to reinforce these skills at home.
Adolescents face unique pressures as they navigate friendships, identity, technology, and academic expectations. Therapy offers a safe, supportive space to explore feelings, manage stress, and develop healthy coping strategies.
For young adults, therapy often centers around life transitions and times of uncertainty, whether it’s moving toward college, entering the workforce, or adjusting to greater independence. I help young adults clarify goals, build coping skills, and strengthen confidence so they can navigate these pivotal years with resilience and direction.

My family therapy work focuses on creating a safe, collaborative space where parents, children, and siblings can come together to address challenges as a team. I help families strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and establish routines that bring balance and stability. I believe sustainable change happens when every voice is heard.
For families with young children, sessions often address behavioral concerns, emotional regulation, and school related struggles that may be disrupting daily life. Parents learn strategies to support their child more effectively, while siblings are given space to understand and cope with the dynamics at home.
With adolescents, family therapy explores the pressures of social relationships, technology, and academic expectations. I work with teens and their parents to open lines of communication, reduce conflict, and set clear, supportive boundaries that honor a teenager’s need for independence while keeping them connected to their family.
For families with young adults, therapy can be especially valuable during times of transition. Together, we address uncertainty, anxiety, and shifting family roles so that young adults feel supported while developing confidence and independence, and parents feel grounded in their role during this new stage.

My parent coaching services are designed to give caregivers the tools, structure, and confidence they need to support their children effectively. Drawing on over a decade of experience in therapeutic and boarding schools, I help parents navigate complex issues and the often complex transition home from a residential or therapeutic placement. Together, we focus on strengthening communication, setting clear expectations, and creating consistency at home, building a foundation where both children and parents can thrive.
For parents of younger children, coaching often involves learning strategies to address behavioral challenges, support emotional regulation, and create positive routines around school and home life. I guide parents in understanding their child’s needs while giving them practical tools to respond with clarity and compassion.
With adolescents, parent coaching helps caregivers balance the push for independence with the need for structure and support. Together, we address challenges such as peer pressure, technology use, and academic stress. Parents learn how to set healthy boundaries while maintaining open lines of communication that keep their teen connected and accountable.
Many parents of young adults find themselves facing what’s often called 'failure to launch'—when their child feels stuck, unmotivated, or unable to take the next steps toward independence. This can show up as difficulty leaving home, struggling to manage responsibilities, or feeling unsure about education, career, or relationships. Parent coaching provides guidance and strategies to help caregivers respond with clarity, consistency, and compassion. Together, we focus on setting healthy boundaries, fostering accountability, and building routines that encourage progress without creating power struggles. By supporting parents in shifting their role, I help them empower their young adult to take ownership of their future while still feeling supported and connected.

Item descriptionFor many young adults, grief can feel especially isolating. While there are support systems for children and older adults, this age group often finds themselves without spaces that truly understand their unique challenges. This group provides a compassionate environment where participants can share their stories with peers who “get it.” Together, we explore grief in the hope that people do not feel alone in it.
