Welcome!

therapist who works with children, teens, young adults and families

I am a clinical social worker with extensive experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, and parents. Over the past 10 years, I have supported these populations in diverse settings, including pediatric hospitals, therapeutic boarding schools, boarding schools with international students, and colleges where I have helped young adults navigate the complexities of transition. Currently, I serve as the Dean of Residential Students at The Fessenden School in West Newton, MA. In this role, I am a member of the Student Support Team and advisor to middle school students from across the country and around the world, helping them address their unique developmental needs.

My approach integrates relational, experiential, and strength-based theories, with play therapy incorporated when appropriate. I believe the relationship between clinician and client is one of the most important elements of the therapeutic process. I am deeply committed to normalizing mental health challenges and recognizing the difficulty of finding the right support.

In addition to my work as a therapist, I provide parent coaching services to help families navigate challenges related to their child’s behavior, emotions, and developmental needs. For many parents, watching a child struggle can feel isolating and overwhelming. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where individuals and families feel understood, gain insight, and build the tools they need to thrive. I also collaborate with psychiatrists, educational consultants, and schools to ensure seamless and effective mental health treatment and psychoeducation.
